COVID-19 Safety Procedures:

  • There will be no more than 10- students Per a group. This group will stay together observing social distance measures and will not interact with others at camp.

  • gloves will be used by staff when touching any equipment or materials 

  • Masks will be worn by all staff 

  • Masks will be worn by campers if they can not stay 6ft away

  • We will be marking spaces with proper distancing 

  • Temps of staff and campers will be taken every day and students will be sent home if there temp is above the CDC specific guideline.

  • Drop off and pick up times will be staggered

  • Hand sanitizer will be used regularly and before the start of the day! It will only be touched by a gloved handed staff member 

  • If a child becomes ill or develops an elevated temperature at camp, the child will be moved to a designated area at least 15 feet away from other participants. Parents will immediately be notified to pick up their child. 

  • All areas will be cleaned and sanitized daily

  • sharing of food or drink is strictly forbidden.

  • Face touching – staff will remind participants throughout each session not to touch their face, mouth or eyes. Participants will also be reminded to cover all coughs and sneezes with their elbow crease/forearm. Dispose of soiled tissues in a designated trash bin immediately after use. Participants will need to wash their hands for 20 seconds with soap and water or use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol after sneezing, coughing and nose blowing.

  • Equipment – All equipment will be sanitized after each camp session and during sessions as needed.

  • Peer and staff interaction – High fives, fist bumps, hugs and other peer-to-peer/staff-to-peer contact not allowed. 

  • Incase of rain camp will be held online unless proper accommodations are available to us.
